✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with 8 beach towels, 8 bath towels, makeup towels, hand towels, some toothbrushes & toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles on the left side of the driveway and additional parking on the shells.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a pack ’n play, high chair, stroller, kids silverware, and more. View amenities page for more details.

✹ PET-FRIENDLY: We have a 1 pet maximum, $125 pet fee, and 40 pound maximum. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends.

Indian Rocks Beach, nestled on Florida's Gulf Coast, offers a serene and laid-back atmosphere. It’s a mere 10-minute beach trolley ride to John’s Pass Village, where you’ll discover a bustling marina, shopping, dining options, and exciting water sports rentals. Just 10 minutes away is Clearwater Beach, known for its beach, pier, dolphin tours, and restaurants. Don't miss the Clearwater Aquarium, home to the famous dolphin movie star, Winter from "Dolphin Tale." For dining, indulge in fresh local seafood at the acclaimed Salt Rock Grill or opt for casual fare at Keegan’s and Guppy’s. As the sun sets, unwind with cocktails at The Pub or grab a quick snack at the iconic Lighthouse Donuts—all conveniently located just minutes from this beautiful home.

In addition to easy walks and ample parking, getting around Indian Rocks Beach and the nearby Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is affordable, fun, and convenient with the Suncoast Beach Trolley service!

There are several trolley stops in Indian Rocks Beach: Gulf Blvd. & 10th Avenue, Gulf Blvd. & 15th Avenue, and Gulf Blvd. & 17th Avenue.

The Suncoast Beach Trolley operates from Clearwater Beach in the north to Pass-A-Grille in the south, stopping at designated “Trolley Stop” locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. route (excluding Belleair Beach and Belleair Shores).

The Beach Trolley picks up passengers every 20 to 30 minutes, from 5:05 a.m. to 10:10 p.m., Monday through Sunday (including holidays), with extended service until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ If available, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a $50 fee each.

✹ To ensure a smooth check-in, we provide a starter pack of essential items to help you settle in upon arrival. These items are intended for initial use only and are not supplied for the duration of your stay. For longer stays or additional needs, guests are responsible for providing their own supplies.

✹ CANCELLATIONS: Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays, etc (anything that is out of our control as a host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this.
